House Update: Breaking Ground

The first time our builder told us the house was breaking ground, we were so excited. A couple of days later, we visited the site only to see some stakes on the ground, and some dirt moved around. So the second time they told us the footings were in (which was this past week), we visited, and lo and behold, there was actually something there! We are slated to be in at the end of September, but this could move into October!!! Why? Why? Why October? What happened to under promising, and over delivering?!!! My fingers are still crossed on this

We also got to pick our counters, floors, cabinets and boy, was that overwhelming! We did ended up picking some things, but all those things are going to be changing. Except for the counter tops. Those are not going anywhere but in my kitchen!
